You retain ownership of any original content you create using OC Maker. By uploading content to the platform, you grant OC Maker a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploads do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Creator Assets

Assets published by creators on OC Maker are owned by their respective creators. You may use those assets only within the OC Maker platform to generate characters. Redistribution, extraction, or commercial use of creator assets outside the platform is prohibited.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OC Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
